FOCA is the Federation of Ontario Cottagers’ Associations. FOCA is the only go-to provincial advocacy organization committed to sustaining and enhancing the Ontario cottage experience. They work collaboratively to identify and address key issues by providing credible expertise, environmental stewardship, targeted programs and services, and a robust network of strategic partners.

Since 1963, FOCA has been the voice of the Ontario waterfront. Their united voice carries weight on issues that matter. Today, their members are more than 550 lake and road associations across the province, and the permanent and seasonal residents they represent.
The A2A Collaborative is a U.S., Canadian, and First Nations partner organization that works with scientists, policy-makers and a variety of conservation groups to protect and enhance the unique ecological features and functions of the A2A region. Their dream is a resilient, ecologically connected A2A region that sustains a full range of native wildlife and enhances people’s quality of life for generations to come.
Watersheds Canada is a federally incorporated non-profit organization and registered Canadian charity. Watersheds Canada builds and delivers habitat restoration and education programs that engage and equip waterfront property owners, families, Indigenous communities, waterfront associations, municipalities, schools, and community groups so they can enhance and protect the health of their lakes, rivers, shorelines, and wetlands.

Nominated by the community as a UNESCO Biosphere in 2002, the Frontenac Arch Biosphere Network has supported our communities for the past 20 years by supporting and sharing knowledge, funding and programs that provide practical solutions for sustainable living and well being for all living creatures, for this and future generations.
Cataraqui Conservation is a community-based environmental protection and advisory agency, created in 1964 by the Province of Ontario at the request of municipalities within the Cataraqui watershed.

Their core mandate is to work in partnership with local municipalities, provincial and federal government agencies, environmental organizations and the general public to monitor and protect water, natural habitats, shorelines, and promote sustainable living in our community. Cataraqui Conservation is one of 36 conservation authorities in Ontario.
The Leeds-Grenville Stewardship Council (LGSC) is one of 46 Councils originally established and funded through the OntarioStewardship Program and assisted by a Stewardship Coordinator, an employee of the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources (OMNR). Since April 2013 OMNR no longer directly support Councils, but many, including LGSC have made a commitment to continue their important work.
