Important Update on Donations
Please note that according to recent township guidelines, tax receipts can only be issued for donations made directly to the township itself. However, the LBLA remains committed to our local heroes; we will continue to collect and pass along all contributions intended for our three area Fire Departments.
Donations made in the membership form do not automatically transfer to PayPal.

If you prefer to sign up by mail, you can click the button to download and print a physical copy.
After filling out the form above and submitting, press the Pay Now button below to pay for your Family Membership and donations or purchases. The button below does not differentiate between donation or purchase but we will apply the donations and purchases as you have noted in the form above.
On the checkout page, choose the correct amount in the dropdown menu by clicking the arrow on the right side of “Family Membership” (i.e. $30 membership + $10 donation, $30 membership + $20 donation etc.).
